Yes. Bore, stroke, rod diameter, mount type and working pressure are fully customized to customer specifications. Non-standard products take 2-5 days for prototype and 10-30 days for serial production.

Within 24 hours for standard products; within 48 hours for custom projects after technical review.
04Which countries do you export to?+
We actively export to 20+ countries, including Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia and the Americas. We manage customs, insurance and all documentation.

Stock products ship in 2-5 business days; custom products in 10-30 business days. Large projects get a dedicated schedule agreed with the customer.
07Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No MOQ for standard products — single units can be ordered. For custom manufacturing, 5-10 units are recommended for project cost efficiency.
08What are your warranty terms?+
All our products carry a 12-month warranty. Defects due to manufacturing faults are serviced free of charge. Misapplication or non-standard use is excluded.
09Do you offer on-site service?+
Free on-site assessment in Konya and nearby provinces; paid on-site service across Türkiye. For international projects, dedicated engineering team visits are arranged.
10What are your payment terms?+
Domestic: 50% order advance + 50% on delivery. International: TT (wire transfer) or LC (letter of credit); agreed at order. Custom payment plans for large projects.
